Here’s a really cool Carrot Cake that I made (and a pretty good explanation of my life for the past few months).

My friend made some Dilly Beans this year and gave me a jar…

Wheat Baguette + Mayo + Dilly Beans + Poached Chicken Breast + Mixed Baby Greens + S&P

Phenomenal! 

***Turkey Wraps with Chipotle-Cilantro Mayo***

For the mayo:
In a bowl, combine 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, 2 thinly sliced green onions, 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice, and 2 small chipotle chilies in adobo sauce (chopped) + 1 tbsp adobo sauce. Season, to taste, with salt.

For the wraps:
Spread a whole grain tortilla with the Chipotle-Cilantro Mayo. In the center of the wrap, place ~3ounces smoked deli turkey, sliced red bell pepper, avocado slices, and romaine lettuce. Fold one end of the tortilla over the fillings, and tuck and pull tightly. Roll the wrap up, and tuck in the sides. Slice on a diagonal.
